Contract workers still compare the financial benefits that they get monthly with other organizational worker.In fact they signed the contract with the present employer willingly.As such there is a lot of waistage of manpower, materials,water electricity ,time management(delay in executing assignmentsa) Also this feeling is frequently verbalized and is becoming a disease.Vice versa the employer promises arise in the salary but did not honour it.
